Why do I have to Log In? Why can I not make the application on the phone with an agent?
- We have developed a quick and simple online process as well as FAQ's to help you along. This ensures customers receive all the information they need, and keeps the whole processing time as short as possible.
Why must I change my Password?
- We require a personalized password to ensure you have secure access to your details with us.
Why are there questions to answer? I already gave you that information.
- The questions are necessary to confirm we are dealing with the right person, we are committed to the protection and security of our customers.
When can I get the money?
- The money can be with you the very next day after you apply, but with some Banks it can take up to 3 business days.
Where do I get the money from?
- To ensure the security of transfer, we will send the funds directly to the Bank Account that you have given us the details of.
How much does it cost?
- All details are contained within the agreement, please read this carefully.
How do I make the repayments?
- To keep the process as simple as possible, we will take the repayments directly from the same account we send the money to.
How do I sign the agreement?
- Just simply enter your full name and today's date in the boxes provided, it is as easy as that
Can I use a savings account?
- We are unable to send loans to, or take payments from, savings accounts.
